If you want to join one of our WisDems Caucuses or Youth-based party units, please complete this form!

NOTE: Please fill out the form with the same name and contact information as you paid your membership dues (this will match your name in your ActBlue profile). If we cannot match your name or contact information to a membership, we cannot add you to the relevant WisDems party unit.

Your membership contribution must be completely processed before being added to any party unit’s membership lists. To pay your membership dues, please visit laxdems.com/join.

LCDP Membership Fees:

Single Membership: $25

Household Membership (All members of a single household): $35

Seniors or Limited Income: $10
